Customer accounts, age, credit and collections — one ledger, in real time.
A receivables surface that knows every open invoice, every promise to pay, every dispute and every remittance — by customer, by entity, by currency, in real time. Credit limits, dunning cycles and collection actions all driven from the same customer-account state.
Customer account, one view
Every open invoice, every payment, every credit note, every dispute on one screen — across entities, currencies and product lines, with the operational document one click away.
Ageing in real time
0–30 / 31–60 / 61–90 / 90+ buckets recalculated as transactions land. Configurable cohort definitions for the local regime's prompt-payment regulations.
Credit control
Customer credit limits checked at order entry, at delivery and at invoice — with role-aware override paths and full audit trail of every decision.
Automated dunning
Configurable dunning ladders by customer segment, with template letters, escalation thresholds and integration to the collection-team workflow.
What the AR surface covers
Customer master
Multi-entity customer records with hierarchical relationships (parent, subsidiary, payer), payment terms, default currency, default tax treatment and per-entity overrides.
Ageing and outstanding analysis
Live ageing by customer, by entity, by aging bucket, by salesperson; drill-through to the open document; cohort views for compliance with prompt-payment regulations.
Credit policy
Customer credit limits with insurance-backed cover where applicable, scoring against payment history, hard / soft block at order entry, override approvals with full traceability.
Dunning and collections
Configurable dunning sequences (reminder, formal demand, pre-litigation), template letters with merge data, collection-team work queues, attorney handoff with case file.
Cash application
Bank statement → matched receipt → posting to open invoice, automatic where the reference matches, manual where it doesn't. Partial payments, on-account credits and write-offs handled by the same engine.
Electronic remittance
Norma 19, Norma 58, SEPA Direct Debit, ACH equivalents in LATAM markets — integration with the main Spanish and LATAM banking networks for collection-file generation.
Why ageing matters less than the next action
An ageing report tells the finance team what is overdue. A receivables engine should also tell them what to do about it. Axional AR drives the next action — the next reminder, the next call, the next escalation — from the customer-account state, not from a quarterly clean-up exercise. The collections team operates from a live work queue, not a spreadsheet exported on the first Tuesday of every month.
The structural decision is that the receivables ledger is the operational system, not a reporting outcome of one. Everything else — DSO, working-capital position, bad-debt exposure — falls out of an accurate, live AR ledger.
