How we work
We are an engineering company. The product is the platform; the practice is the customer engagement; the discipline is owning outcomes for years. There are very few hand-offs. The engineer who designs the pilot is often the same engineer who runs the production cut-over. The architect who scopes the programme is often the architect on the support rota a year later.
