Why we exist
Most enterprise software companies are built around a feature, an acquisition or a quarter. We are built around a long horizon: the belief that mission-critical systems should be engineered to outlive their architects, and that the value of a software platform compounds over decades, not years.
deister software was founded in 1988 to engineer enterprise software for organisations whose operations cannot afford failure. Thirty-eight years later, the company is in its second generation, still independent, still owned and run by engineers, and still building the same kind of systems for the same kind of customers.

How we work
We are an engineering company. The product roadmap is set by the people who write the code; the customer relationships are owned by the people who deliver the systems; the platform is evolved by the people who run it. There are very few hand-offs, by design.
Our engagements are long-horizon by default. The first project a customer runs with us is rarely the last. We measure ourselves by the continuity of those relationships — most of our active customers have worked with us for more than a decade.

Barcelona (headquarters since 1988), Madrid and Sevilla. Engineering, ERP product development, customer delivery and the partner network are anchored here.
Peru
Lima is the regional hub. Localised Andean fiscal capabilities, a bridge for Spanish multinationals operating in the region, and the Spanish-speaking partner network for Latin America.
Asia
Islamabad is the engineering anchor. Senior platform, microservices, AI and enterprise-application engineering — time-zoned for European delivery, on the same codebase as Spain.
